Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the Cauliflower: Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower. Cut it into 1-inch thick slices to create ‘steaks.’
- Make the Garlic Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.
- Roast the Cauliflower: Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush both sides of the steaks generously with the garlic mixture.
- Bake: Roast the cauliflower steaks in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
