Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh sorrel leaves, washed and chopped
- 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Cooked rice or quinoa for serving
Instructions
- Sauté Aromatics: In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
