Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed butternut squash, peeled and diced

  • 6 cups cubed bread, preferably day-old
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 cup vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Roast the Squash
