- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced
- 10 ounces fresh spinach washed and trimmed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Sauté the Garlic: Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant but not browned.
Cook the Mushrooms: Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and have released their moisture.
