Minty Garden Grape Sorbet with Lime
A cool, jewel-toned sorbet made from ripe grapes, fresh lime, and mint — blended and frozen into icy flakes or scoopable sorbet. No ice cream maker, naturally sweet, and refreshing on a hot day.

- 3 cups seedless red or black grapes
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice plus more to taste
- 6-8 mint leaves
- 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup optional, depending on grape sweetness
- Pinch of sea salt
Blend the Base
Rinse the grapes and pat dry. Remove the stems.
In a blender, combine the grapes, lime juice, mint, sweetener (if using), and salt. Blend until smooth.
Scrape & Serve
Use a fork to scrape into icy flakes (granita-style), or let soften slightly and scoop like a sorbet.
Serve in chilled bowls with extra mint or lime zest on top.
