Mixing bowl
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt.
Marinate the Beef: Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they're well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Assemble the Skewers: Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between beef and vegetables.
Preheat the Grill: Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
Grill the Skewers: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
Serve: Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy hot!
