- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon slices, for garnish
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Preheat the oven to 375F (190C).
Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a bit of olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets in the prepared dish and pour the garlic butter over them, coating evenly.
Bake 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley before serving.
