Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds or pecans, toasted
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, honey, poppy seeds, and a pinch of salt until emulsified.
  • Place the spinach in a large salad bowl and add the sliced strawberries.
  • Scatter the toasted nuts over the top.
