Whisk or small jar
- 6 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds or pecans, toasted
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- Salt to taste
In a small jar or bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, honey, poppy seeds, and a pinch of salt until emulsified.
