Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 Tbsp dried peppermint leaves
  • 1 Tbsp dried ginger root or fresh, grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp dried lemon balm optional
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • Honey or lemon, to taste optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine the dried chamomile, peppermint, ginger, and lemon balm (if using) in a teapot or heatproof container.
  • Pour the boiling water over the herbs and let steep 5-10 minutes, depending on your taste.
  • Strain the tea into cups and sweeten with honey or a squeeze of lemon, if desired.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the warmth of this nourishing winter blend.
