- 2 Tbsp dried chamomile flowers
- 1 Tbsp dried peppermint leaves
- 1 Tbsp dried ginger root or fresh, grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp dried lemon balm optional
- 2 cups boiling water
- Honey or lemon, to taste optional
Combine the dried chamomile, peppermint, ginger, and lemon balm (if using) in a teapot or heatproof container.
Pour the boiling water over the herbs and let steep 5-10 minutes, depending on your taste.
Strain the tea into cups and sweeten with honey or a squeeze of lemon, if desired.
