In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Pour in the warm water and olive oil and mix until a sticky dough forms.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently about 5 minutes, until smooth (or use a stand mixer with a dough hook).
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place about 1 hour, until doubled.
Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and preheat the oven to 425F (220C). Gently punch down the dough, transfer it to the sheet, and stretch to fit, pressing deep dimples with your fingers.
Mix the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme with a little olive oil; brush over the dough and sprinkle with sea salt. Let rise another 20 minutes.
Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden. Drizzle with a little more olive oil and serve warm.
