Refreshing Lavender Honey Iced Tea
Black tea steeped with fragrant lavender and sweetened with honey, then poured over ice — a floral, calming iced tea that turns an afternoon in the garden into something gently special.

- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons dried lavender buds
- 4 black tea bags or 4 teaspoons loose black tea
- 1/3 cup honey (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh lavender sprigs for garnish (optional)
- Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Boil Water: In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
Add Lavender: Once boiling, remove from heat and add the dried lavender buds. Let steep for about 5 minutes.
Add Tea: Add the black tea bags to the pot and steep for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tea reaches your desired strength.
Strain: Remove the tea bags and strain the tea through a fine mesh sieve to remove the lavender buds. Stir in honey while the tea is still warm, adjusting sweetness to taste.
Cool Down: Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
Serve: Serve over ice in glasses, garnishing with fresh lavender sprigs and lemon slices if desired.
